Residential Temporary Dumpsters Rentals

The City of Spokane provides rental of dumpsters on a temporary basis. These dumpsters come in four different sizes: 3, 6, 20 and 30 yards. You can rent these dumpsters for as little as two days or up to four months. The 3 and 6 yard sizes can usually be delivered the next business day after submitting the paperwork. The 20 and 30 yard will take two business days.

There are a few conditions for renting a temporary dumpster. We have a Damage Release Form that must be signed prior to having the dumpster delivered. The current owner of the property must sign this form.  In some cases if the home was recently purchased, the new owner's information may not be updated on the Spokane County Assessor's website which we use for verification.  In this case, we would need the page of your purchase agreement that shows prior and present owner names or a copy of your deed.  If the current owner is unable to sign because of health issues or is deceased, we would need to have the legal paper work showing the signee as the Power of Attorney or Executor of the Estate. 

In order to receive a temporary dumpster, your City of Spokane utility bill must be current.  All charges for the temporary dumpster will be billed on your account.

Having a temporary dumpster at your home cannot substitute for your normal garbage collection.
